For the first quarter of 2026 in the Central region of Krasnoyarsk eliminated 60 units of illegal advertising products, which is a third less than a year earlier.
As the administration said, in three months identified and removed 24 A3 cardboard signs, 13 streamers and banners, 7 pillars and 16 other structures.
They also removed 8.2 cubic meters of paper advertisements and leaflets – this is almost four times less than a year ago.
The cleanup of illegal advertising was carried out both in the historical center and in other areas of the district: the Pokrovsky and Krazovsky microdistricts, on Bryanskaya and Severnoye Shosse streets. Advertisements were removed from street lighting poles, trees, road signs, stop pavilions and noise barriers.
“The dynamics are encouraging: the volume of illegal advertising in our area is decreasing. At the same time, graffiti advertising sites selling illegal substances remains a serious problem. We will definitely pass on information about such cases to the police so that they can take action and find the perpetrators,” said the head of the Central District, Dmitry Bezrukikh.
The mayor's office reminded that there is administrative liability for placing unauthorized advertising: fines for organizations can reach 100 thousand rubles. And for writing graffiti advertising prohibited substances, the punishment is more severe – it can be classified as a criminal offense, punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
