On April 12, on the Krasnoyarsk Bypass, in the area of the overpass across Kotelnikov Ave., the traffic pattern will be changed. This was reported in KruDore.
The change is being introduced due to the need to install an underground pedestrian crossing and culvert. For this purpose, the main section of the highway will be closed, traffic will be carried out along the bypass road, one lane in each direction. The asphalting of the bypass has already been completed; in the coming days, the contractor will install fences, apply markings and put up road signs.
The restriction will be in effect for approximately 3 months. In this regard, traffic jams are predicted in the area, especially in the morning and evening. Drivers are asked to take this information into account when choosing a route.
Let us remind you that the reconstruction of the transport interchange started last year as part of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, this season the contractor began the main work. The facility is planned to be fully commissioned in 2027.
In total, about 21 traffic change schemes are planned during the reconstruction. Experts promise to inform Krasnoyarsk residents about their introduction in advance.
