Agricultural enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk Territory are offered compensation for the costs of building housing for specialists

The regional Ministry of Agriculture has opened a selection process for receiving subsidies. Agricultural producers, as well as agro-industrial enterprises, are compensated from the regional budget for 50% of the cost of housing construction for hiring specialists living and working in rural areas.

For these purposes, within the framework of the departmental project “Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories”, 77.1 million rubles are allocated in 2026.

“Supporting agricultural producers who are ready to provide housing for workers is one of the proactive measures. Creating comfortable living conditions contributes to the creation of families and the retention of specialists in enterprises. The service housing fund in the agricultural sector is a necessary component for improving the quality of life in rural areas and attracting specialists to the industry,” said Dmitry Voropaev, Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Agricultural producers and agro-industrial enterprises that have commissioned residential buildings or apartments intended to be provided under rental agreements to citizens living and working in rural areas, or who have expressed a desire to move to a permanent place of residence in rural areas and work there, will receive compensation for part of the construction costs.

Documents for participation in the selection will be accepted by the Ministry of Agriculture of the region until April 16, 2026 inclusive. The second selection for this type of support is scheduled for September.
