If the skin on your heels becomes rough, peels, or small cracks appear, you don’t have to run to a beauty salon. You can help at home without pumice, ointments and scrubs. One simple product that you already have in your kitchen is enough.
What you will need:
Honey – 1 tbsp. spoon
Olive or sunflower oil – 1 tbsp. spoon
Tablespoon oatmeal
How to do:
- Mix honey and oil until smooth.
- Add oatmeal.
- Apply the mixture to clean, dry heels and put on cotton socks.
- Leave it overnight.
- In the morning, rinse off any remaining residue with warm water. The skin will become soft, smooth and will no longer cling to the towel.
Honey retains moisture and has a slight healing effect. The oil deeply nourishes, restoring the lipid barrier. Oatmeal gently exfoliates without harming sensitive skin.
