A Muscovite woman has been sitting in a window on the 8th floor of a building on Kutuzovsky Prospekt for three hours and threatening to jump
The night before, the woman went with her mother to visit friends, and in the morning she was found in the window of the house. She screams and doesn't let anyone near her.
