A 58-year-old man is suspected of murdering a 46-year-old woman in the city of Ilansky, Krasnoyarsk Territory.
As the Investigative Committee said, the crime was committed on the night of April 4-5 in an apartment in a building on 30 Let Pobeda Street, where a shift worker lived:
“According to investigators, the attacker and the victim met. She came to visit him and a conflict arose between them – the woman was jealous of the man. During the quarrel, he took a knife and stabbed her once in the front of the chest. The woman died at the scene from her injuries.”
The man was detained and taken into custody; in the near future he will be charged under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). In a criminal case, the necessary investigative actions are carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed.
