The supermind destroyed the drawings of ancient people by dousing them with water
A 39-year-old resident of Spain destroyed ancient paintings in the Sierra Sur de Jaen mountains, they were about 6,000 years old. Cave paintings were made on limestone, which contains water-soluble salts.
After water got in, a crust formed, which ruined the entire drawing. The man justified his actions by saying he wanted to take a good photo. He has now been detained and charged.
