A child died after falling from a skateboard in the Leningrad region
According to the mother, her son was skateboarding on Naberezhnaya Street in the village of Dubrovka. Losing his balance, he fell and hit his head hard.
The injured 11-year-old boy from Kudrovo was hospitalized with a severe traumatic brain injury and extensive brain hematoma.
After emergency surgery, the boy was transferred to the Regional Children's Clinical Hospital.
Doctors fought for the child’s life for a month, but in the end his heart stopped.
