One of the residents of a residential building in the Perm region is in serious condition after the explosion. The number of victims increased to three.
On the fourth floor, several windows, concrete partitions between rooms/apartments and a drainpipe were broken.
16 people were evacuated, several more residents of the yard on Lenin are on the street right now. They are watching the work of the emergency services – firefighters rescued a man from under the rubble, and four children were taken out of the adjacent apartment in the next building.
