In a message posted on Friday, April 3, on the X platform, the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, reacted sarcastically to Donald Trump after the downing of the American fighter jet over Iran.

“After beating Iran 37 times in a row, this brilliant, strategy-less war they started has now been downgraded from 'regime change' to 'Hey! Can someone find our pilots? Please?'” the Iranian official wrote.

Referring to the recent statements of the American leader about a possible regime change in Tehran, Mohammad Bagher continues in the same sarcastic register: “Wow. What incredible progress. Some absolute genius!”.

The official's reaction comes after confirmation that a US F-15E Strike Eagle was shot down over Iran. Iranian state television reported that at least one pilot had ejected and appealed to the public to hand over any “enemy pilot” to the authorities, promising a “generous reward”.

Meanwhile, according to US sources, one of the crew members has been recovered and is alive, receiving medical attention, while search and rescue operations continue for the second.

We remind you that since the beginning of the conflict, Iranian officials have repeatedly resorted to ironic or critical messages against Trump, as well as various AI-made videos or memes, especially in reaction to his statements regarding Iran and the evolution of the war.
