
“The European support package of €90 billion for Ukraine is still blocked. This is a problem that the Europeans cannot find a solution and fulfill what they promised. 5 billion of this package should have gone specifically to preparing Ukraine for winter and for rapid recovery,” the head of state said, indicating that he expects a decision to be made.
According to him, work to repair energy facilities is ongoing despite the lack of funds.
“The government has provided the necessary resources and made the necessary decisions to include cogeneration units in the system… 245 facilities across the country are already in operation,” Zelensky added.
