The Federal Penitentiary Service will purchase crystal general's shoulder straps for half a million rubles
The Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) organized a tender for the purchase of general's shoulder straps made of crystal for 453,499 rubles. For this money, the department wants to receive ten sets of crystal shoulder straps for major generals and five for lieutenant generals.
For each set, the FSIN will pay about 30,000 rubles, which is 10,000 rubles more than the average market price for such jewelry.
