— Nazirchon Toshov (native of Tajikistan, convicted of attempted drug trafficking);
— Temur Khusinov (a native of Uzbekistan, convicted of causing grievous bodily harm resulting in death).
They, together with Rustamchon Navruzi, stabbed to death at least three employees of IK-19 and took five more hostages – they tried to scalp one of them, judging by the video that appeared on the network.
