The developer of the Portovy loft district on the right bank of Krasnoyarsk spoke about new quarters and delivery dates


The ARBAN group of companies told how the PORTOVY loft district is developing on the right bank of the Yenisei.

The first quarter of the South-East was commissioned last year and is currently being occupied by new residents.

“Two new quarters, Rechnoy and Pribrezhny, are the next stage in the development of the residential cluster, where the industrial past meets modern comfort, and water becomes an active element of everyday life,” said ARBAN.

Both blocks will be located on the right bank of Krasnoyarsk, in the Pashenny microdistrict on the street. Warehouse.

As part of the development of infrastructure, it is planned to build a neighborhood fitness center of a new format “at home”, designed for simultaneous stay of up to 40 people, a private kindergarten for 50 places, located in one of the pavilions, as well as a municipal kindergarten for 270 places (commissioned in 2030), implemented within the framework of the KRT program.

The project is being implemented in two stages: the first stage is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, the second stage – in the fourth quarter of 2028.

“Coastal” quarter: completion date 2030 The main advantage of the new Pribrezhny quarter is the rare opportunity to have direct access to the Yenisei. A landscaped embankment with a length of 500 meters will be created here, which will become an open public space – accessible not only to residents of the quarter, but to all citizens. The quarter will be built in the same style and concept of the PORTOVY loft district.

The project is currently in the design stage, with completion scheduled for 2030.

“River Quarter” is aimed at family audiences. Secondary school No. 158 is literally a couple of minutes walk away, and all the necessary children's infrastructure is integrated into the project itself and is formed within walking distance. The first stage of construction offers a wide selection of family layouts: 3-4-room apartments ranging from 71 to 96 sq. m. m from the “ARBAN” planning laboratory – with master bedrooms, additional bathrooms, stained glass bay windows, lockers and dressing rooms.
