Who earns the most in IT? Not much has changed in this respect. According to the No Fluff Jobs website in its report, the first place in terms of earnings, for the third time in a row, is taken by architecture specialists. The median of the upper salary range for this group exceeds PLN 32.76 thousand. PLN net on a B2B contract and PLN 25,000. PLN gross on an employment contract.

The next places are taken by ERP and security system specialists. The median upper salary range for this group on a B2B contract is PLN 30,000. PLN and 29.4 thousand PLN, and in the employment contract we are talking about amounts of PLN 22,000. PLN and 23 thousand PLN gross.

It is worth noting here that the above amounts were achieved after a year of strong growth.
— Earnings in offers from 2025 have gone up, although more often in B2B contracts than in full-time jobs. The biggest jumps in salaries were seen in the following categories: DevOps, Security, Support, UX/UI/Design and ERP – wrote the authors of the report.
— It was also another year of “leveling up” the lowest-paid specializations in the industry, although mainly in the case of employment contracts. The Support category gained 35%. in the lower and 33 percent in the upper forks. UX/UI/Design, in turn, gained over 33%. in the lower and almost 18 percent in the upper range – we read.
More work for specialists. The number of IT job offers is up
According to data from the No Fluff Jobs website, in 2025 the number of job advertisements in IT increased by 44%. compared to the previous year. Despite such a large increase, the structure of offers remained stable.

The authors of the report “IT labor market 2025/26. Back to stability” point out that despite the increase in the number of available vacancies, the number of candidates has not increased significantly. As a result, the competition for one position has decreased, and in some specializations even by half. Most applications still come for front-end offers – an average of 78 CVs per advertisement.
It is worth emphasizing that nearly 60 percent IT job offers concern senior positions. Every third company is looking for people with intermediate experience, while juniors appear in only 1 out of 20 job offers.

Such a high demand for experienced employees does not always go hand in hand with their availability on the market. During the year, the average number of applications sent by seniors per advertisement dropped from 31 to 19, and in the case of people with medium experience – from 48 to 28.
