A festival dedicated to World Health Day will be held in Krasnoyarsk. The holiday is celebrated annually in honor of the creation of the World Health Organization and is dedicated to the theme of prevention and self-care.
The regional Ministry of Health said that the event will take place on April 7 from 10:00 to 16:00 in the “Boiling Point” space, which is located in the “Kvant” shopping center (Krasnaya Armii St., 10, 3rd floor).
A rich program awaits guests:
- 11:00 – lecture on a healthy lifestyle;
- 12:00 — first aid master class;
- 13:00 – lecture on mental health;
- 14:00 – lesson with a physical education instructor.
Thematic sites will operate throughout the day, including the Health Laboratory mobile center and the AIDS prevention and control center.
Visitors to the shopping center will be able to check their health status for free, undergo rapid HIV testing, listen to lectures and take part in master classes.
The festival is organized by the regional Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention together with “Medical Volunteers” with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The event takes place within the framework of the national project “Long and Active Life”.
