On March 26, the reporting and election conference of the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia was held at Reshetnev University.
The meeting was attended by heads of enterprises and educational institutions of SoyuzMash, members of the regional council of the branch, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Vasily Chernov, chairman of the committee on construction, housing and communal services and issues of civil and emergency situations of the Legislative Assembly of the region Alexey Kulesh, director of the Union of Commodity Producers and Entrepreneurs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Sergey Khadzhegurov.
Chairman of RO SoyuzMash, General Director of JSC Krasmash Alexander Gavrilov made a report on the results of the work of the association of machine builders over the past five years. He highlighted the main areas of activity of the department, including interaction with authorities, public and industry organizations, participation in federal, regional and city events, personnel training, career guidance for students and schoolchildren, youth policy, social work.
“With our joint efforts over these five years, the Krasnoyarsk branch has risen from 32nd to 25th place in the overall ranking of the Russian Union of Mechanical Engineers. Thanks to the strengthening of cooperative ties and cooperation between SoyuzMash enterprises, in the reporting period, taking into account the first quarter of 2026, contracts worth over 10 billion rubles were concluded, which means considerable tax revenues to the regional budget, the creation of new jobs and the development of the industry. We were also among the top three winners of the “Family Chronicle of Victory” competition of the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia, which included works from almost 40 regions of the country. The implementation of the “Brigade” accelerated personnel training project continues, which has proven its effectiveness in practice. Every year, an increasing number of students, schoolchildren and their parents join the all-Russian career guidance campaign “Week without Turnstiles” – over five years in the region this figure amounted to 37 thousand people. As part of the cooperation agreement between the Blood Service and KRO SMR, based on the results of 2021-2025, more than 250 donor events were carried out,” Alexander Gavrilov outlined the key achievements of the regional SoyuzMash.
Based on the voting results, the work of the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of SoyuzMash was recognized as satisfactory. Also on the agenda of the conference, the participants re-elected Alexander Gavrilov to the position of chairman of RO SoyuzMash, approved the new composition of the regional council and audit commission, and delegates to the next congress of the Union of Russian Mechanical Engineers.
