According to Klopotenko, the classic omelet is prepared only from eggs, butter and salt with pepper. The secret of the splendor of such an omelet is the preparation technique, thanks to which it turns out to be gentle and airy.
Products
- 3 eggs;
- 20 g of butter;
- Mix Salatov;
- Salt and pepper taste.
Cooking
- Get the eggs into a deep bowl and beat with a fork until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
- Do not add salt, because it changes the structure of eggs and the dish can turn out to be less delicate.
- In a pan with anti -stick coating, melt the butter.
- Pour the egg mixture into a pan with melted butter and wait about 5 seconds so that the eggs rise a little. The fire should be slightly less than average.
- Shake the pan slightly forward and backwardly, and then carefully turn the eggs to the center with a fork so that they thicken faster. The omelet should be fried below and remain a little liquid on top.
- Take the omelet to the opposite side with a fork and turn off the fire.
- Form a roll from an omelet. Salt and pepper to your taste.
- Serve an omelet with a mix of salads.
