At the initiative of Transneft Western Siberia JSC (a subsidiary of Transneft PJSC), within the framework of the School-college/university-enterprise cooperation program, meetings and thematic lessons were held for students of the Achinsk Technical School of Oil and Gas, the Aerospace College of Siberian State University named after. Reshetnev and students of four secondary schools in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
120 students of grades 8-9 and about 450 students took part in educational meetings. Students got acquainted with the activities of Transneft Western Siberia JSC, learned about the specifics of the oil pipeline transport industry, watched videos about the company and in-demand professions, and received presentation booklets.
Representatives of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Oil Pipeline Department (RNU) – HR department specialists and workers of various specialties – answered questions of interest. Special attention was paid to the issues of targeted training and employment prospects.
Employees of Krasnoyarsk RNU also took part in Career Week at Siberian State University named after. Reshetneva. More than 1,000 students watched the presentation of Transneft Western Siberia JSC and took part in interactive games and a quiz.
Such career guidance events help the enterprise to form a promising personnel reserve, and educational organizations to establish connections with employing companies.
Thus, in addition to interaction on career guidance issues, Transneft Western Siberia JSC in 2025, as part of charity, allocated funds to equip the educational laboratory of Siberian State University named after. Reshetnev with the necessary equipment and furniture.
Training qualified personnel for the oil pipeline industry is one of the priorities of Transneft Western Siberia JSC. The company regularly organizes excursions, career guidance lessons, educational, industrial and pre-diploma internships for students, scientific and technical conferences for young specialists.
