In the fourth quarter of 2025, the number of bank customers actively using online banking dropped to 21.5 million, while the segment of users using only mobile applications is becoming more and more important, the group of such customers increased by 4%. kdk to almost 21 million people – according to the latest NetB@nk report prepared by the Polish Bank Association.

It was reported that in the fourth quarter of 2025, the number of individual customer accounts with access to electronic banking amounted to over 45.6 million.
The report shows that the number of individual customers logging in to electronic banking at least once a quarter, both online and mobile, maintains an upward trend. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the number of users amounted to over 31 million, which means an increase of 1%. compared to the third quarter of 2025, as well as an increase of 5%. compared to the last quarter of 2024.

The report shows that the segment of users using only mobile applications is becoming more and more important. The so-called group mobile only increased by 4%. on a quarterly basis, reaching the level of almost 21 million people. Therefore, the share of this group among all mobile banking users is currently 77%.
It was reported that the increase in accounts with access to electronic banking in the fourth quarter of 2025 also concerned customers of the small and medium-sized enterprise sector. Quarterly, the increase was 3%, reaching 3.8 million accounts. The number of active users of electronic banking among SMEs also increased slightly and amounted to over 2.6 million at the end of the fourth quarter.
