Krasnoyarsk residents are invited to the All-Russian competition of initiative budgeting projects

The acceptance of applications for the X All-Russian competition of initiative budgeting projects has started. Residents and initiative groups who have implemented their projects in 2025 are invited to participate. You can submit your application until May 30 on the “My Finances” portal.
The Ministry of Finance of the Krasnoyarsk Territory said that the competition is aimed at identifying and disseminating the best practices in proactive budgeting. Projects will be evaluated in six categories: “Public Partnership”, “The Most Original Project”, “School Initiative Budgeting Project”, “Youth Initiative Budgeting Project”, “Environmental School Initiative Budgeting Project” and “Contribution of the School Initiative Budgeting Project to the Financial Culture of Citizens”.
Voting for projects will take place from June 2 to June 30. In each category, experts will select 15 best initiatives. The results will be announced in September in Moscow. Winners and runners-up will receive diplomas and cash prizes: 150 thousand rubles for first place, 100 thousand rubles for second place and 50 thousand rubles for third place.
Let us recall that initiative budgeting in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is being developed as part of a program to support local initiatives. In 2025, residents of the region proposed more than 350 projects for the development of their territories. On behalf of Governor Mikhail Kotyukov, the program’s capabilities have been expanded this year: new areas related to improvement have been added.
