By evening, your hands often look tired: your elbows are rough, your cuticles are peeling, and the skin between your fingers is tight. This is not a sign of neglect, but a consequence of frequent washing, contact with water and lack of simple care. But you can restore softness to your hands without paraffin therapy and expensive masks. One evening treatment is enough, which takes less than five minutes.
Take a tablespoon of vegetable oil and add two calcium gluconate tablets, previously crushed into powder. Stir until smooth. The oil nourishes the skin, and calcium strengthens the nail plate and softens rough areas.
Apply the mixture to your elbows, cuticles and the backs of your hands. Lightly massage each area for 30 seconds. No need to rinse off. Leave the oil to soak overnight. If you are afraid of staining your bed, wear cotton gloves or simply let the product soak in for 15 minutes, and then gently blot off the excess with a napkin.
Do this two to three times a week. In just a week, your elbows will become smooth, your cuticles will stop cracking, and your nails will peel less. After two weeks, your hands will look as if they were regularly cared for, even if you have to wash dishes or work at the computer all day.
This treatment does not require purchases, does not leave greasy stains and does not take much time.
