In Krasnoyarsk, the regional hospital is preparing to open a hematological center.
The Ministry of Health said that a specialized department for the treatment of patients with lymphomas will reach planned indicators of work from September 1, 2025. This lesion of the hematopoietic system requires specific intensive care. The department will have 30 beds.
“Now all patients of this profile will be treated in one place – in the department of hematology No. 2 of the regional clinical hospital. Diagnosis of diseases is carried out on the basis of a regional cancer center and a regional hospital. The regional cancer center takes diagnostic patients for a diagnostic biopsy, and when confirming the diagnosis of a lymphopoliferative disease, the patient is sent for treatment to the regional hospital, ”said Elena Martynova, head of the department of hematology and chemotherapy.
At the moment, the department is completed to equip the necessary equipment and furniture. Modern beds for the round -the -clock hospital have already arrived.
“The main advantage of centralized care for patients with lymphomas is that treatment doctors conducting hematologists with the greatest experience in the diagnosis and therapy of these diseases,” the Ministry of Health notes.
