Five saleswomen caught selling alcohol to minors in Kansky District

In the Kansky district, police sent reports to court against five women for selling alcohol to minors.
The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnoyarsk Territory clarified that law enforcement officers detected violations in stores in the microdistrict. Northern and the center of Kansk, as well as in the village of Filimonovo.
“Five offenders, without using their right to check the age of buyers, sold alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. In one case, a woman, an individual entrepreneur, herself at a retail outlet she owned on the street. Moscow, sold a bottle of beer to an underage girl,” the regional police said.
According to the women, the buyers looked older than their age, so none of them asked for identification.
In relation to each of the sellers, administrative protocols were drawn up under Part 2.1. Article 14.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Retail sale of alcoholic beverages to minors.”
Currently, the procedural documents have been sent to the magistrate's court. Four offenders face an administrative fine in the amount of 30 to 50 thousand rubles, and an individual entrepreneur – from 100 to 200 thousand rubles.
