Alert in Mureș: Two 4- and 5-year-old girls have disappeared from the yard of the house. Police are conducting extensive searches
The authorities in Mureș county launched, on Sunday, an extensive search operation after two little girls, aged 4 and 5, disappeared from Târnăveni municipality, Mureș county. The children left the yard of the home around 2:00 p.m. and never returned.

According to the Mureș County Police Inspectorate, the disappearance was reported around 5:00 p.m. It is about Buta Rebeca-Alexandra, 5 years old, and Forgaci Melisa-Ariana, 4 years old, who left home without saying where they were going.
Reports from authorities show the first girl is about 87 centimeters tall, with black, curly hair in a ponytail, and was wearing a white top and red bottom dress, white tights and pink flip-flops. The second is about 65 centimeters tall, with black hair in two pigtails and a pink and white pacifier on her. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a red blouse, light pink tights and blue flip-flops.

Important intervention forces were mobilized to find the children. Police, firefighters, gendarmes, Salvamont teams, as well as volunteers from the community participate in the search. Tracking dogs are also used to expand the search area.
The authorities appeal to the population that any person who has information about the two minors should urgently call 112 or notify the nearest police unit.
Searches are ongoing.
