“9th District” is a Russian rock band, which was organized by Alexei Nikitin in 1991 on the basis of the Aerospace Academy in Krasnoyarsk. All group members were students at the academy and lived in the same dormitory. The first album, entitled “Don’t Forget,” was recorded the same year at Vyacheslav Medyanik’s studio in Krasnoyarsk.
