In Krasnoyarsk, police detained a woman who had come to take a theoretical driving test for her license while driving her car.

The traffic police explained that the day before, near the MREO building, the crew of a special traffic police company noticed a car moving uncertainly in the traffic. It was driven by a woman who explained that she had come to take a theoretical exam to obtain a license.

“During the inspection, the inspectors also found out that she had previously attempted to pass a practical driving test 14 times,” the State Traffic Inspectorate explained.

Administrative materials have been compiled regarding the “car lady”: – under Part 1 of Art. 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Driving a vehicle by a driver who does not have the right to drive”; – according to Part 2 of Art. 12.37 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure to comply with the requirements for compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners.”

The car was taken to a specialized parking lot.

The State Traffic Inspectorate reminds that driving a vehicle without a special license, as well as the use of fake documents, pose a direct threat to the safety of all road users.

Such actions lead to serious administrative and criminal liability.
