Andrei Vlad (26 years old), the former goalkeeper from FCSBsigned with Arka Gdynia16th place in the Polish first league.
Vlade he had been free since January, when he split from Aktobe, Kazakhstan. After two months of searching for his team, he reached the first league in Poland.
The Romanian goalkeeper's new team is on the verge of relegation and aims to save. Arka has 30 points, tied with Legia, in 15th position, the first over the line.
Andrei Vlad played 25 matches in the Kazakhstan championship for Aktobe in 2025. He has 4 matches in this European cup season as well, two in the Europa League preliminaries and another two in the Conference preliminaries. The goalkeeper left FCSB in January 2025 and spent a year in Aktobe.

His transfer Andrei Vlad la Arka was officially notified by the player's agent, who later deleted the post.
“Andrei Vlad joins the Arka Gdynia club, ready to contribute to the team's goals and start a new important chapter of his career”, was the announcement of TG World Football Promotion, an impresario agency.

For Vlade it's the second experience outside of Romania, after the one in Aktobe. In the country he played at FCSB and Craiova University. The Red-Blues transferred him from Olteni in 2017, and Vlad played 121 games for the Bucharesters, being for a long time the FCSB U21 solution.
Vlad has two titles in his CV with the red-blues, from the reserve position of Ștefan Târnovanu. He also won a Romanian Cup and a Supercup.
