“Bedya Daria Surenovna – she was (formerly) Druzhchenko Daria Surenovna. He is a co-founder of the NGO “VOLODAR”. Another co-founder is Titska Svitlana Mykolaivna. She was (in 2009) the director of the “CS VOLODAR” Credit Union. And she replaced Mr. Maksym Romanovych Horbatyuk in this position, another figure in this scheme and ex-advisor of the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories,” said People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
