Consumers don't waste their money. But there must be sour soup, eggs and sausage

Every fifth Pole wants to spend less on Easter than last year, 38.1%. – the same, and 34.7 percent expects to increase expenses – according to a study by UCE Research and Shopfully, the results of which were published by “Rzeczpospolita” in its Friday edition.

13.1 percent respondents want to spend less on Easter than in previous years, and 4.4 percent much less. In turn, 27.8 percent respondents intend to spend more than before and 6.8 percent much more.

7.2 percent survey participants did not know how much they would spend, and 2.5 percent declared that they do not celebrate these holidays or are leaving.

Respondents were also asked what foods they couldn't imagine Christmas without. 71 percent cannot imagine them without eggs, 61.8 percent without sour rye soup or white borscht, 50.7 percent without white sausage, 44.8 percent without vegetable salad and 39.7 without cheesecake. (PAP)
