Attack with six Molotov cocktails at the House of Russia in Prague: “Only non-humans would attack culture!”

According to Girenko, there is no doubt that the time of the crime was not chosen at random, as the closing event of the “Days of Russian Culture” was scheduled for Friday. “Only inhumans would attack the culture! We know their customs and methods very well,” he pointed out.
“Since Thursday evening, we have been investigating an attack in which someone threw several Molotov cocktails at the Russian House,” police relayed on X, adding that they were still looking for the attacker.

The director of the Russian House, Igor Girenko, confirmed for Moscow's state media that the attack took place on the night of Thursday to Friday.
“By a happy accident, three of the six Molotov cocktails did not explode,” he said, noting that three devices landed inside the building and thanking Czech law enforcement and firefighters for their quick intervention.

According to TASS, the spokeswoman of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, criticized this “barbaric act”.
The deputy director of Russia's international cultural cooperation agency Rossotroudnitchestvo, Pavel Chevtsov, told the RIA Novosti news agency that “it was a planned and deliberate attack,” adding: “We consider this a terrorist attack.”
