A downed Ukrainian drone fell and damaged a separate technical room at the Moscow Oil Refinery in Kapotnya. Firefighters have arrived at the scene and are putting out the fire.
UPD. The fire at the oil refinery has been contained and there is no open burning. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow.
