Shooting on Patricks near the legendary restaurant “Aist”. Eyewitnesses said they heard at least five shots.
It started with a classic conflict: the guests quarreled, one pulled out an injury and started shooting. Police arrived at the scene, cordoned off the restaurant and evacuated customers.
Law enforcement officers detained the heated shooter and took him to the police station.
