In Norilsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, police opened a criminal case against a 19-year-old local resident for advertising stores selling prohibited substances.
The attacker was detained in the Talnakh area. It was established that he painted about 600 drug graffiti on the walls of various buildings.
“Operatives found out that the northerner consciously participated in the distribution of drugs, knowing for certain that the graffiti he painted for money would lead to drug dealers. The fact of sale of prohibited substances, organized through an inscription on the wall, was established,” the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.

The guy’s actions were qualified under paragraph “a” of Part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal sale of narcotic drugs committed by an organized group on a large scale” and paragraphs. “a”, “c”, “d” part 2 art. 230 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Inducement to consume narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues.” Now law enforcement officers are identifying other suspects in the activities of these drug stores.
