You can now report stray animals on the government services portal

Appeared on State Services new servicewhere residents can promptly report stray dogs and cats, the Ministry of Digital Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory said.

The process will take a few minutes. You need to indicate the location where the animal was found, describe it (type, color, size), note the presence or absence of a special tag in the ear, indicate whether it showed unmotivated aggression, you can attach a photo.

“The user can monitor the status of the application in real time in his personal account on the portal – from the moment of registration to the receipt of an official response. Based on the notifications, specialized services will catch the animal and take it to a shelter, where it will undergo mandatory quarantine, vaccination and sterilization. Animals with ear tags are not subject to capture unless they show unmotivated aggression. This tag is a visual sign that the animal has already undergone all the necessary veterinary procedures and has been returned to its habitat,” the ministry said.
