Krasnoyarsk residents will receive written responses to complaints about the operation of public transport

In Krasnoyarsk, the system for receiving requests for public transport has changed. This was reported to the mayor's office.

Previously, complaints about the operation of buses, trolleybuses, electric buses and trams were received by dispatchers of the Krasnoyarskgortrans MKU by telephone 256-84-04. It was possible to find out the results of the check only after 10 days by calling again.

Now applications will be accepted through the websites of government services or MKU Krasnoyarskgortrans in the section “Appeals from Citizens”. An alternative option is the single contact center of the regional government at short number 122. There, the application will be formalized, and the applicant will receive a written response after verification.

This format will allow for clear feedback and better control over the timing and quality of complaint consideration. Familiar number 256-84-04 It’s still working, but they are already informing about the new rules. From March 30, an auto-informer will work there.

The changes did not affect the centralized traffic control service. Information about when the required transport will arrive is still can be found 24 hours a day by phone 256-84-00. Dispatchers are in charge there.
