Three deputies will have their allowance cut in half for three months. The reason for sanctioning SOS Romania parliamentarians

Three SOS Romania MPs will be sanctioned with a 50% reduction in their allowance over a three-month period, for the attitude they had in the Parliament's plenary session on March 11, when President Nicusor Dan's letter regarding the temporary deployment of American military equipment and forces in Romania was approved, informs Agerpres.
The president of the session, Natalia Intotero, announced, on Monday, in the plenary session of the Chamber of Deputies, that, considering the report of the legal commission, the permanent office decided to sanction SOS Romania deputies Nini Alexandru Pascalini, Andreea Petronela Cîmpianu and Elena Laura Toader with a 50% reduction in allowance for a period of three months for non-compliance with parliamentary regulations.
The three deputies have 15 days from the date of communication of the sanctioning decisions to file appeals.
SOS Romania parliamentarians shouted, booed, whistled and blew vuvuzelas at the March 11 meeting. As a result, the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Sorin Grindeanu, put to a vote the suspension of the debates, which was approved by the plenary.
