The President of Hungary, at Târgu Secuiesc on the Day of Hungarians Everywhere / March 15 messages sent by Nicusor Dan and Ilie Bolojan

The President of Hungary, Tamás Sulyok, participated, on Sunday, in Târgu Secuiesc, in the events organized on the occasion of the Day of Hungarians Everywhere. “The day of March 15 teaches us to trust ourselves. We need a healthy self-esteem and we need trust in each other”, is the message sent by the Hungarian president.
“March 15, the celebration of the freedom and unity of Hungarians, is a sign in our souls. It teaches us to trust ourselves, to trust our national community. We need a healthy self-esteem and we need trust in each other to connect us”, said the President of Hungary, Tamás Sulyok, present on Sunday, in Târgu Secuiesc, at the events dedicated to the celebration of the Day of Hungarians Everywhere, reports News.ro.
The President of Hungary also referred to an “uplifting feeling” among those who celebrated in the main square of Târgu Secuiesc, for “the anniversary of our revolution and the fight for freedom, together with our compatriots from Transylvania”.
The messages of Nicusor Dan and Ilie Bolojan on the Day of Hungarians Everywhere
And President Nicusor Dan and Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan sent messages on the Day of Hungarians Everywhere.
“The Day of Hungarians Everywhere is a special celebration of our fellow citizens who celebrate belonging to a common space of history, language, traditions and culture. It is also an opportunity to appreciate the contribution of Hungarians in Romania to the development of our nation through interethnic and intercultural dialogue, as a way of peaceful existence and collaboration to build a future together. On this festive day, let us remember how important the active support of this community was for Romania's return to democracy after the years of communism and, subsequently, for the unreserved assumption of European and Euro-Atlantic values”, was the message of President Nicusor Dan.
“It's a day that reminds us all of the values of freedom, dignity and solidarity that were the basis of building modern Europe. They are values that unite us today and that are at the foundation of the European project of which Romania is also a part. The Hungarian community in Romania is an important part of our society. The strength of a modern nation lies in its ability to transform diversity into an advantage and a resource for development”, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan also conveyed.
