In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police found a temporary home for four kittens that were taken from a drunken lawless man. This was reported in the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It all happened on March 16 in the Nizhneingashsky district. Traffic police inspectors stopped a car that was moving at excessive speed. The driver was a man who had been deprived of his driver's license. He was examined and the breathalyzer showed 0.58 mg/l of alcohol in his breath.
Police found four kittens inside the cabin. The driver explained that he was driving from the village of Kuragino to Ulan-Ude with his wife, and before that he was visiting his brother, who gave him the kittens. After the arrest, their new owner refused to take the animals.
The inspectors took the kittens to the service garage, where the staff of the temporary detention center fed and warmed the babies. Since it was not possible to quickly find new owners, the police contacted the animal assistance center “Four Paws and a Tail” in Kansk.
The very next day the kittens were transferred to the shelter. The traffic police hope that the kids will fall into good hands.
