“We have clear information that Russia plans to further deploy ground control stations for long-range unmanned aerial vehicles both in the Russian-occupied territory of Ukraine and – four stations – in the territory of Belarus. We will respond accordingly,” Zelensky wrote in the Telegram messenger.

The president ordered the head of foreign intelligence, Oleh Ivashchenko, to provide partner countries and media representatives with data that Ukraine may make public.

Zelensky expressed his belief that the Russian military command is constantly trying to exaggerate the achievements of Russian troops on the front and then use these inflated data in the negotiation process with the participation of the United States.

In February, the Ukrainian head of state signed a decree implementing the decision of the National Security and Defense Council to impose sanctions on the leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko.

The president recalled that in the second half of 2025, Russia deployed a relay system on the territory of Belarus to control attack drones, which increased the capabilities of the Russian army to attack the northern regions of Ukraine – from Kiev to Volhynia.

According to Zelensky, Lukashenko not only made Belarusian territory available to Russia for the Oreshnik medium-range missile system, but also Belarusian companies supplied Russia with key components for these weapons.
