A deputy of the Yaroslavl Region Duma flew into a groove with passengers and injured 8 people. According to Mash, Marina Stepanova and the victims were hospitalized – all in moderate condition.
Previously, a woman lost control of a Chinese Tank at the intersection of Lunacharsky and Karyakinskaya streets in Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region. She has about 23 fines for speeding by 20k rubles.
Stepanova is the deputy chairman of the Yaroslavl Regional Duma Committee on Education, Culture, Tourism, Sports and Youth Affairs, as well as the owner of a large meat farm.
