A 60-year-old resident of Dmitrov near Moscow decided to give his favorite smooth-bore gun to the guys at the Northern Military District – so that they could shoot down Ukrainian FPV drones. As a result, I received an administrative charge and a fine.
60-year-old Kirshak could not hand over his IZH-27 directly, so he brought it to the local department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He says: I read that the guys on the front end needed guns, so I decided to warm it up. The police accepted the gift, checked its serial number and found out: the barrel was purchased back in the 1990s, and the permit for it expired in 2001.
Therefore, they described it as illegal, seized it and drew up an administrative protocol under the article “Violation of the rules for storing weapons.” In gratitude for his concern, the grandfather was awarded a fine of 2,000 rubles.
