The PSD leaders decide on Monday the calendar of the internal consultation on leaving the government
The National Permanent Bureau of the PSD meets, on Monday, at the headquarters, where they will decide the calendar for the internal consultation regarding whether or not the party will leave the government.

The meeting will start at 10:00 a.m. and will be in a hybrid system, with physical and online participation, according to the PSD announcement.
On Friday, after the adoption of the state budget for 2026, the president of the PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, stated that the calendar for the internal consultation will be decided in the National Permanent Bureau on Monday.
“The budget matters when my colleagues will vote and the way the government's activity was carried out during all these months, it matters the way it interacted within the Government, it matters the way the PSD proposals were taken into account. Some are on the plus side, but be sure that we will also say the plus points and the minus points and above all we will start with our own analysis”. Grindeanu said.
According to the PSD leader, in the internal consultation, the PSD members will decide if it is opportune to change the prime minister.
He mentioned that next week he will go to Brussels to inform the European Socialist Party about the internal evaluation.
In his opinion, “all options are on the table”adding that PSD will not vote for a minority government and will not form an alliance with AUR.
