A woman threatened to blow up a regional hospital in the city of Verkhoturye, Sverdlovsk region.
Eyewitnesses report that the lady ran into the building and sat down on the second floor in the surgery department. She claimed that she had explosives with her.
The woman was detained. Patients and staff have been evacuated, and police and rescue workers are on the scene. No one was hurt.
UPD. No explosives were found.
