Podlaski Tourist Voucher is an initiative of the Podlaskie Voivodeship and PROT, aimed at promoting the region and supporting the local tourism industry, which feels the effects of the tense geopolitical situation on the border with Belarus. The program is also intended to show Podlasie as a safe and attractive place to visit.

As part of the second edition of the program, for which over PLN 2 million was allocated, vouchers will be available in three rounds. The first one, in spring, ended quickly – within a few minutes, 2,667 vouchers with a total value of over PLN 800,000 were distributed. zloty. “You can see that our neighbors are happy to come to us,” Sadowska noted, referring to the fact that the greatest interest was shown by residents of the Masovian, Podlaskie, Warmian-Masurian, Lublin, Pomeranian, Łódź and Greater Poland voivodeships.
How does the Podlasie Tourist Voucher work?
The voucher, which could be generated on Saturday, will be valid from April 1 to the end of June this year. The surcharge is PLN 300 per person, and the condition for receiving it is a stay of at least two nights.

The next rounds of the program will cover the summer, autumn and winter seasons. In summer, the surcharge will also be PLN 300, with the minimum stay increasing to three nights. In the autumn and winter season, the support will increase to PLN 400and a stay of at least two nights will be required.
The first edition of the Podlasie Tourist Voucher, which started in April 2022, enjoyed equally great interest. At that time, over 14,000 people benefited from subsidized accommodation in the region. tourists, and the local government allocated PLN 4 million for the program. The database included over 500 accommodation facilities, and the amount of the surcharge depended on the category of the facility.
