A retaining wall collapsed on cars in Vladivostok, 7 cars were damaged
A local resident went outside and noticed how stones fell from above and trees swayed. The man began knocking on cars to make the alarms go off and calling drivers who left phone numbers under the glass.
Concrete blocks completely crushed seven cars; the owners were able to drive away three cars before the collapse.
