Since the beginning of 2026, specialists from the regional Rosselkhoznadzor have identified 40 catering outlets in the Krasnoyarsk Territory that use products of unknown origin. This was reported in the press service of the department.
“It has been established that 26 fast food enterprises in the region have veterinary accompanying documents for only part of the incoming livestock products, which are used for preparing ready-made meals. 14 enterprises do not have veterinary accompanying documents for all products of animal origin. Thus, products of unknown origin are used to prepare dishes in cafes, canteens and delivery points, which means their quality and safety have not been confirmed,” the regional Rosselkhoznadzor clarified.
The list of violators includes: Burgers cafe and food delivery “Vkusnaya Tochka” from Minusinsk; cafe “Uyut” (at 51 km of the Achinsk – Uzhur – Troitskoye highway), cafe “Height of Taste”, cafe “Pizza of Italy”, pavilion “Cheburechnaya”, canteen from Nazarov and Nazarovsky municipal district; cafe “Kemchug” from the Emelyanovsky municipal district.
Entrepreneurs were issued warnings about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements for preparing veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form.
