The singer shared her thoughts about happiness in her post.
“We often think that happiness is somewhere ahead. A little more and real life will begin. But here’s the secret: happiness doesn’t happen “later”. It’s in the process itself. In the way you live every day, even if it’s not ideal,” the singer wrote.
Kamenskikh stated that happiness and love are verbs and choices “here and now.”
“And perhaps the greatest joy is learning to live in this very moment,” she added.
In the selection, the performer included photos that she took at home and while walking. One of the pictures shows her during a warm-up. Kamenskikh demonstrated a headstand.
Kamenskikh also showed herself during meditation on the terrace overlooking the sea.
The singer posed for a walk and showed off an image in which she combined rough boots and a light dress.

Kamenskikh left Ukraine in the summer of 2025. She works in the USA, like her husband, Ukrainian producer and singer Potap, and also in Spain.
The artist has not published posts in Ukrainian lately. This causes outrage among her audience.
