
Apartment rental prices have risen again in Russia
Over the past month, prices for one-room and two-room apartments have risen by 10%, and the national average for the year has increased by 30%.
In Moscow and St. Petersburg, rent over the past year has increased by 44% and 43%, respectively. The most significant growth is observed in Nizhny Novgorod, where rent has risen in price by 61%. In Izhevsk and Chelyabinsk, prices increased by 56% and 48% over the year.
The most affordable rental housing remains in Orenburg, where prices have increased by only 18%.
