Russians called VHI policy the most desirable bonus from an employer

The SuperJob service surveyed three thousand economically active Russians and found out what additional benefits they would like to receive at work. According to sibnovosti.ru, the leader of the rating was the voluntary health insurance policy – it was chosen by 41% of respondents.

In second place was training at the expense of the company. 35% of respondents answered this way. The top three was completed by free meals or compensation for food (23%).

Every fifth survey participant dreams of additional payments to vacation pay or housing rental compensation. 17% would like to receive financial assistance, 16% would like to pay for a gym or swimming pool, and 15% would like to receive loans at a reduced interest rate. Discount vouchers and additional vacation days attracted 13% each.

At the same time, companies are most often willing to pay for training (56%), give gifts and hold corporate events (49% each), and also provide financial assistance (44%). Only 26% of employers provide voluntary health insurance policies, 8% provide additional payments to vacation pay, and 5% provide preferential mortgages.
